How we handle your information

The appointment form collects your name, contact number or WhatsApp, email address, nationality or country, preferred contact method, treatment interest, how you found us, and any optional message. If you contact us through WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, email, phone, or social media, that service also processes the information you send there.

Please do not upload or paste sensitive medical documents into the public website form. After we reply, we can arrange a more appropriate direct channel for X-rays or dental records when needed.

We use inquiry information to identify and respond to you, understand what care you are asking about, arrange appointments, prepare for a consultation, and follow up on your request. If you become a patient, information needed for diagnosis, treatment, billing, and legally required dental records is handled as part of your clinical care.

Website inquiries are relayed to the clinic through FormSubmit, which states that form submissions are retained for 30 days. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and contact-button activity. Google Maps and privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds may receive technical information when their content loads or when you interact with it. WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, Instagram, and YouTube apply their own privacy terms when you leave this website or use their services.

These providers may process information outside Korea. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms as well as applicable law.

Google Analytics may set or read identifiers to measure page views and actions such as WhatsApp, phone, email, KakaoTalk, and form clicks. We use this information in aggregate to understand whether the website is useful. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google's analytics opt-out tools.

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, continue the patient relationship, resolve an issue, or meet applicable clinical, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention can therefore differ depending on whether an inquiry becomes a patient record.

You may ask what website inquiry information we hold about you or request correction or deletion where applicable. Contact us at stodaydentfe@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and some clinical or legal records cannot be deleted immediately.
